In an exclusive report from In Touch Weekly, Matt reveals he does have five kids. “I have five children [ranging in age from 13 to 25], and all of them have come from long-term relationships.”Matt goes on to reveal that the latest rumors about him having seven child support cases against him are completely false.
As fans may recall, Amber's ex-fiance, Gary Shirley, dropped a bombshell on Amber in front of the cameras, alleging Matt has fathered at least seven kids total. Not only that but Gary also showed Amber papers stating Matt had seven different child support cases against him.
Matt tells the site that Gary's information is untrue. "There are not seven child support cases against me — that is completely not true. I paid child support for all my kids,” Matt explains adding, “I have an arrangement where I pay for education and a few other things. [However,] I don’t have to pay for two of my girls because they have been emancipated.”
As for his relationship with Amber's whistle-blowing ex-fiance, Matt says he has no hard feelings against Gary even mentioning that Gary has since apologized. “When he brought up the accusations, I was very hurt,” Matt admits. “But since then, Gary’s been very apologetic. He looked me in the eyes and said, ‘I’m sorry.’”

There is something shady about matt. I'm sorry, that's just my opinion. I love amber and think she has come so far I just hope she is happy and pray he is good to her. If they are in love and want to be together then they can get through whatever may come their way. The truth sets everyone free, so he should just tell the truth. Amber has always been honest about everything in her life, it goes both ways. I wish them all the luck in the world!

ReplyDeleteI believe he is telling the truth. Why lie about something that Amber could find if she really wanted to. That's pointless I'm not judgemental an I'm very for Amber she has came along w at since her addiction an prision time. She changed for the better.... I think Gary was trying to start problems an realized he fucked up. That was Gary way of trying to ruined relationships WITH Amber and that includes her getting to Leah. Period.

I personally feel like he's with her for the money from the show and the attention they get from the show. I also think Gary is a douche bag for the way he uses Leah against amber.
ReplyDeleteHe may be OK but not for Amber!!!!! I can not stand when he makes comments against gary. Amber and Gary were toxic but he did take good care of Leah while Amber was away getting better! He needs to be beside Amber when she's upset but not pass judgement because his own character needs a but brushed up if you ask me .
